Staying Fit and Active
One way of staying active and fit is to have a regular exercise. I read yesterday that if you go walking in the fresh open air, you have more chance of losing weight because you exert more effort. But what if you can’t go walking all the time in the fresh air because it is winter time and it is snowing outside?? Some people who gained tremendous weight in a short time are taking sometimes weight loss pills. But I believed that they should make it sure that the pills they are taking are all proven and tested to be safe and effective. What you think my dear readers and visitors??? Any idea or thought!!!
