Still Did Not received My Net book
I mentioned here almost three two weeks ago that I ordered a netbook online. Until now it is still not delivered. I just want to try if that is really a good netbook. I know that it is good for traveling because it is very light. I almost decided to order another one but finally wait now till it comes. I also received an email from the company that it will be delivered soon around middle of this month. I am quite contented with this company at least they let me know the status of my order. In contrary to Quelle, an online shop who even don’t answer my emails regarding the status of some orders before. I am quite disappointed with their customer service. Is it the reason why the company is now in hot water? We will see.
Below was the email or Baur to me last week. This mail simply means that they ask for apology for the delay of the item and give me the alternative to browse with their similar products. So companies and business owners out there, Always remember “Customer Service”.
