“Dietary Supplements also called as Nutritional Supplements or Food supplements is a preparation intended to supplement the diet and provide nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids, that may be missing or may not be consumed in sufficient quantity in a person’s diet.” This is the meaning provide by wikipedia about this term. Some of these supplements can be the source of the best testosterone booster. The source of these might be coming from plants and vitamins that may cause the increase of testosterone levels. I am not really an expert on this topic but you can browse online to have more information about it. It is also said that excess testosterone may caused undesirable side effects, such as hair loss and acne. You better ask the experts before taking these food supplements. FYI!
