Insurance Talk
Hubby was not happy with what his insurance agent did to him last week. We sent an email to him, telling him that we will be terminating or cancelling our car insurance from their insurance company. On the the letter of confirmation, hubby stated that we will terminate it upon the end of the contract which will be on December 31, 2010. Hubby was so frustated because the date of termination is very clear on the letter but the insurance agent made the termination on November 28, 2010 which is the date of our termination letter. Now that hubby found some cheap insurance companies online, he wanted to terminate the other insurances that he have in this insurance agent. Hubby also said that he never experience a customer service from his agent. Instead of helping him, the agent is putting him down. I believed that hubby’s decision on terminating our other insurance contracts with this agent is a good choice.
