It’s Time For Check Attendance!
We are done with our dinner! We had grilled pork meat, Caesars salad, noodle and beef soup. That was a great dinner! Now its time for check attendance. I remember when I was still working before at the bank. We have to log-in all the time in our individual employee time sheet for time-in and time-out. I even remember to prepare the monthly employee time sheets of the branch for submission to the main Human Resource Office. It also happened when I worked as retail supervisor where my duties include employees’ work schedule preparation and monthly preparation of employee time sheet as well. I found it time-consuming and messy sometimes looking for each employee time sheet. I even have some problems trying to locate each time sheet because they are mess-up and misplaced by employees. It is my job and I have to do it without complaining.
With our high technological world today, I guess so many things has change already. Most things have been very possible, easy and convenient. One thing I found out today is the easy way of preparing Timesheet which is done online. I believed that with this new software, both the employees and company will benefit. It can also reduce cost for companies, lessen admin job, paperless timesheet which is good for our environment and a lot of reasons why Iemployee is of advantage to companies.
