Another week of the month is here! The weather gets colder everyday in this part of the world where I am living! The days also get shorter and the nights get longer. Truly some of the signs of autumn or fall season.

Let me just share you something about the TV program I watch this morning. Before that, let me ask you this; Are you doing something while watching television or just simply sitting  down and do nothing? Are you using yahoo and any of its services like emails? Yes, I do! I have been using yahoo  since 13 years now. I am quite contented despite some problem sometimes.  There are time when I cannot view my mails but it is immediately  resolved after an hour or two.

When I opened my mail tonight, I was surprised  because yahoo mail has a new look.   I am new  to it and still taking up some adjustments in viewing my mails. If you exchange mails with someone, you can no longer read it below but it is truncated and appears on top of the current  mail or conversation. You can  simply click the previous messages. Google mail or Gmail is like that. (more…)

Goo day everyone! The sun is shining  and I believed this will be a great day!  I just hope that the weather will be more friendly  the next coming days. The past two weeks was quite cold. Oh well, typical weather during autumn or fall season.   We have been turning on our heater for a week now since it is slowly getting cold inside  our home.

Back to the main topic.. I will be slowly cleaning and formatting my  SD  cards for next trip. I have 10 SD cards in front of me  waiting to be formatted.  I usually use one SD  card for a camera in a day. I am making it sure that  if for  some reasons,  the  SD card  is corrupted, not all pictures from  the whole trip are damaged or  lost. It already happened to me during our trip to Turkey last 2011 when an SD card was corrupted and  I lost all the  pictures in that card. I was so glad that I have  another camera where I also took some photos in that place in Turkey. I guess, it was in Izmir. (more…)

The city of Barcelona is located in Catalonia, a region in the northeast of Spain. The city has many architectural landmarks, parks and several urban beaches on the Mediterranean coast.

Take a stroll in the parks.

There are many parks in this coastal city. The Ciutadella park is located close to the city center and is one of the city’s largest parks. The Cascada fountain, an arch with an artificial waterfall designed by Gaudí, is one of the park’s main features. There are several museums located in the park, including the historical Martorell Museum and the Laboratory of Nature, a science museums with several galleries with exhibits from the Natural History Museum. Thanks God it was not really that bad. Sometimes it happened and accidents happen so fast that after it happened, we will just ask, how did it happened!  Quite complicated huh? so here is the story…

The rain was pouring when I was driving out from our patio/garage. I call it patio /garage because we  built it with that purpose. It was 10:00 in the morning. After  taking my  daily morning routine which is  drinking a cup of green tea paired with toasted bread with honey on top,  sometimes a coffee but very seldom,  I immediately dressed-up hurriedly. If I probably made it slower, that accident won’t happened. (more…)

I do miss my job at the bank before.  It is over a decade now since I  resigned  from  the bank. I felt honored having been working in one of the most prestigious and biggest bank in my home country.  It is history now and I am glad everytime I remember the fun and memories and the  many challenging roles  I  played at the bank before.

I  was  always flexible that time,  being rotated to the many positions  from New Accounts clerk  to  Time Deposit clerk,  Loans  and Discounts clerk,  Teller and the last one was being assigned as Branch Operation Assistant. It was indeed a challenging  role but sad to say, I have to leave  it to start a new life as an expat in Europe.

No more trips until the end of August! I guess only day trips but not really a trip for some days or a week. I am glad that I did so many travels this year. I have been to many countries and I am glad to experience it. I have been travelling with buses, trains, airplanes and by cars. It is quite good experiencing many places and countries by means of modern transportation like these.

Here I am again! It seems that the time flies so fast now. Imagine we are almost on the middle of the month  of August.   I hope you are having a nice one.  I can’t complain so far! Life is short and  I want to savour  each moment..lolz! Besides I am happy  because I am having a new year in my life again.

After my birthday cruise trip, I am finally back to reality now. I am quite busy the past days doing many offline things. There are a lot of tasks to finish this month. At the moment, I am currently downloading the images I took from my recent  travel.  I have 8 SD cards to download. Not a lot huh?

I have some friends who are musicians and it’s been a long time since the last time I saw them. I guess over a decade now. How I wish I can go home and meet them again. Last time, I had a conversation with one of them. We talked some things from the past especially the fun we had during college days. (more…)

The week is almost over! It seems that the BER months are about to come. I am not really in a hurry for these months to come but it is inevitable.

I just walked away from my computer some hours ago. When I  came back some minutes ago and want to check my yahoo mails, it says that it is having a scheduled maintenance at the moment, the reason why it is down. I don’t really worry about this because I know that after some minutes or an hour or two, it will come back to normal again. I just need to sit back and relax for awhile! lolz!
