Yay! Did you just read my title? Oh well, just let me start. My mother told me that her father, that is my grandpa, was a good singer. I have a cousin who is also a singer/performer and her lovely daughter as well. My niece really sings good and to my knowledge her first song was already released. I can’t exactly remember the title of the song. Sorry peeps!

I still don’t have luck at the moment. When I ran some errands today, I also went to the lottery shop to check my numbers. Yes, I am playing lottery but no luck to win this time. If I win a million euros, my first destination will be at home.

Our terrace which is still on progress. I am glad that we already started this project.

Yes, the ladies decided to go to Bavaria’s capital for shopping and sightseeing yesterday. It seemed that there was festival in Munich when we went there. There were a lot of people in the city and most shops and stores were full. We took our lunch in the famous Hofbrauhaus. There was a live band playing Bavarian music in this famous place. Hofbrauhaus is also one of Munich’s oldest beer halls.

I have been planning about this since two months. Finally, I ordered a new external hard drive with 3,000 Gigabytes or 3 Terabytes the other week. I believed I found the cheapest one online. I was comparing prices in Ebay and Amazon about Intenso Memory Center 3TB USB 3.0 and Ebay has the cheapest one. After checking if I have enough money in my Paypal account, I finally decided to press the order button in Ebay.

Thinking on what to do with your money? I had a conversation last time with a friend. We were discussing on how to invest money wisely. She agrees on real properties like house and lot. That was quite a good idea. I told her that if e ver I have a lot of money, I would surely buy gold. Gold never depreciates but it always appreciates. It simply means that the prices of gold always go high and seldom get lower or cheaper.
If you have extra money to invest, I suggest that buying gold is one of the good investments you can make. Good luck!

It just happened some minutes ago. For some reason, I cannot view my yahoo mails. I was thinking they probably might be having a maintenance at the moment. It is not a big problem for me because I know that after some minutes, I can view my mails again.

It seems that the past days were busy days for me. Offline jobs and tasks were lining up. Home chores are always present everyday from cooking to cleaning, gardening, sorting stuffs plus the kitchen renovation that we are doing at the moment. I am thankful that it is almost done. There are still little things to be done.
The kitchen set was already installed. I bought some l clamps and water pipes for the water installation. In fact, hubby is done with it last weekend. The new oven was also installed. New electric cables were also put-up.

They’re the two new kids on the smartphone block. But when it comes to picking the difference between the latest offerings from smartphone experts HTC and Samsung, it can be tricky to decide which cool new device is the right one for you. The answer really depends on who you are and what you want from your phone. To help you make the decision between these phones that are fresh off the conveyor belt, here is a run down of each of their best features.
For a reputable brand with reliable support: The Samsung Galaxy S4
When we expect so many things from our phones, it is inevitable that not all of these things will work perfectly for the amount of time that we use our device. So, if you’re after a strong support service and a brand you can trust, it is probably best to stick with the Samsung, as it is a larger company with a better reputation for solid customer service.
For a pretty phone: The HTC One
It sounds really vain to choose a phone on the basis of its looks, but if you (or your teenage daughter) prioritise aesthetics above all other features, than the HTC One is the smartphone for you. Its contoured aluminium edges and pleasing home screen design make for a welcome change from the functionalist, plastic style of the Samsung. The HTC One also comes with a strong metal case, which looks a lot nicer than the flimsy plastic one that comes standard with the Samsung. (more…)
