Of course, Guinness beer is not new to me. When I worked before as Shift supervisor in a shop at the US Base in Germany, we were also selling this famous Irish beer. Sad to day, I have not tried it that time.

During my recent trip to Ireland, our tour guide mentioned that one of the things to experience when visiting Ireland is to taste this beer. While watching live music in our hotel in Lisdoovarna, I decided to treat myself a glass of Guinness. (more…)

I love music and I love listening to many kinds of songs. I have some favorites as well. I am not really a fan of country music but since I visited Ireland lately, I had the chance to hear this kind of music often because our tour guide played a lot of it while we were riding the bus visiting many places in Ireland. I just find country music relaxing, romantic and just entertaining. Hearing it  is good for the heart.

This is also the reason why I bought some CDs  featuring Irish country and folk music. I just can’t wait to buy a set of  outdoor wireless speakers because I want to hear these music in our patio while working outside in our garden. I just hope that winter is over now  and that spring will come so soon!    (more…)

Vacation is over! I hate to say goodbye to Ireland  but that is  always the story everytime the trip is ending. I am not really saying goodbye to this country because I know one day, I will  be backed there again. That was so far a wonderful and awesome trip I had in Ireland. We visited a lot of places and I am really happy about it.

What did I do in Ireland? One of the things I always do when I travel is to shop for souvenirs. As usual, I bought again some postcards of the different places we visited there,  fridge magnets, hoodies and shirts, shot glasses, CDs of Irish folk and country music  and  some travel books and guides. I am glad of what I just brought home.

I can’t exactly remember the date but I have a former colleague who owns a band in our place. I worked with him at the bank before and until now, he is still working there. It is already a decade now since the last time I saw him. Good that there is facebook where I can connect with all my friends and co-workers worldwide.

Anyway, he was asking me to buy apogee duet and amplifier. I told him that it is quite difficult for me especially with the shipping. I should have told him to browse it online and order it himself. I guess I will let him know where to buy music gadgets. Until now he is still owning and managing his own music band and I am happy for him pursuing his hobby and talent, singing and playing music instruments.

I can’t exactly remember when did my Father stopped smoking. I guess in his forty’s. Until now he never tried it again. I have some friends whose husbands are smoking. Some of them are doing the same. Sad to say, I can’t really take the smell of the cigarette smoke. For smokers who love buying cigars online, I guess you know where site to go.

Back to my Father..I am happy that he already stop smoking. Now, he is 77 years old and I believed the days in his life are getting longer because he already stop this vice. I hope to see you soon Father. Take care always!

It seems that somebody is travelling again! Yes, I will be travelling again soon. This is the reason why I ordered again SDXC cards. I ordered it in Amaxon last Monday. I normally want to order it in amazon.com site but since amazon.de is faster and I don’t have any problem with the custom office, I decided to have it in the latter. I bought three new Sandisk Extreme 8GB Class 10 UHS-I 30MB. SDXC process faster than SDHC nad it is better for DSLR camera especially in taking videos.

I have a week more to go and I will be travelling again. I can’t wait to see three European countries in that 5-day travel. Thanks goodness for the chance to travel again.

Weekend is almost over! I  did not noticed the passing of time and now it is almost midnight when I am writing this post. I went down to the kitchen awhile ago because I felt hungry. I only ate some healthy chips and a glass of water. I don’t really drink sodas unless when I am attending a party but seldom I drink it. I avoid buying it when I go grocery shopping. For now, I am trying to eat healthy like eating fruits and vegetables everyday.

I love love love to travel! In 11 days, I will be travelling again. This time I will visit Italy, Switzerland and Lichtenstein. One very important travel document we must bring with us is our passport. This is especially true if we are travelling abroad. That is why I need a passport wallet at idstronghold.com so keep and protect my very important travel document. I already have one but it is already old and dilapidated. I just want a new on which is quite nice and presentable. The one I saw online is perfect for my passport.

I can’t wait to travel again to 4 countries next month including Ireland.

I guess, I need again another external hard drive. The ones I have are almost full again. The last one I bought  named My Passport only have around 200 gigabytes free out of  a thousand gigabytes or one terabytes.  I am actually window shopping for this since last month. When I will see one external hard drive that will be on sale  and  really  has big discount, I will surely buy one.

This years marks a milestone for me! I will be celebrating my Ruby birthday. My TIN wedding anniversary also calls for a celebration. I can’t believe that I am already married for a decade now. Thanks God for giving me a wonderful, loving, kind and responsible husband. Since this year is special, I guess it calls for a renewal of bow and I am wishing to receive a special present, a diamond wedding band. I can’t imagine wearing one in my special day.

Lastly, I want to thank God for all the blessings He gave to me! I can’t ask for anything because He knows my needs. I am only praying for good health always, love, peace of mind and happiness!
