Let  me greet you first a lovely Monday. We are quite having a nice weather today. For some, this might be very hot.  Outside temperature is around 32 degrees  Celsius.  If you are inside our home, you feel like you are inside an airconditioned building because inside is very cool. This is the advantage of having a stone house.

Back to the main topic..I have been planning to clean my USB sticks  or flash drives and SD cards since two weeks ago. Because I was so busy with a lot of things, I was not able to do it.  I would love to clean everything  this afternoon by formatting each in my laptop. I want to get it ready for the next trip.  I guess my next trip will be in Barcelona, Spain or Andorra and some parts of France next month. I need to save money for the coming trips that might be happening this year.

I love my new hair cut and color. Thanks to a very dear friend who did it for me. She truly has a talent in beautifying women. She knows how to manicure, pedicure and do the hair cut. After that session yesterday, we ate together a snack. After taking our snack, I saw her swallowing some tablets. She said that those are supplements for the body. I got quite interested with the site because I am really trying to lose extra pounds. I need to lose around 20 kilos. If I will get serious with this, I will for sure lose it. I hope no more parties to come so that I can avoid eating a lot.

Did you ever happen to receive such  emails like the one  I have below?  Would  you believe it if you happen to receive one?  Always remember scammers and spammers are loitering  in the internet.  This one was lucky to land in my inbox and it  should normally be in my spam  box.  I immediately put it in my spam folder and I would like to warn everyone who happen to read this post, ” NEVER EVER ENTERTAIN  THESE KIND OF MAILS”.  These are scams and are fraudulent ones.

Somebody forgot to pay one of the most important insurances we are paying every year. I was searching for an envelope last week that contains our travel itinerary to the Baltic region. While opening one of the envelopes, I found out that the insurance for our house was not yet paid. I was quite busy since last month and hubby forgot to remind me about it. I went to the bank immediately to transfer the payment. Anyway, have you heard about cheap e&o insurance? This is also the first time I heard about it. Thanks to the power of computers and internet, I immediately had an idea of what it is. You might need one.

Dultfest is one of the biggest and oldest festival in the UNESCO World Heritage City of Regensburg in Bavaria, Germany. I am trying to remember how many times did I already visited this festival. I guess five times already and I always love it. It is like a little Oktoberfest but has a more family friendly atmosphere.

You can truly experience Bavarian culture when visiting Dultfest, savour the tasty beers, eat bratwurst and other German delicacies and of course also enjoy the carnival rides.

The left side of the photo is one of the beertents  in Regensburg Dultfest. The Ferris wheel is on the middle. I had fun riding it while enjoying the  scenery around.

It is always a nice feeling when someone in the family had achieved something. Graduating in high school or college for example is already an achievement for someone and for sure the parents are always proud seeing their children during graduation.

I attended a graduation ceremony yesterday. I congratulated CJ and Ace after graduation in high school. It was also a very touching moment because the parents and siblings of CJ flew here in Germany from the just to witness his graduation day. On the other hand Ace parents were so proud of him.

One thing I noticed, I saw someone wearing a Supra shoes yesterday. It was quite a cool one and I might get one next time for my sister.

Lastly, I would like to wish Ace and CJ good luck and all the best in their future undertakings.

It was so far a long trip from us from Regensburg, Germany to Budapest, Hungary. The train took us over eight hours to arrive in Budapest. While sitting on our coach in the train, I had a good conversation with a friend. We took about lands and properties. She also mentioned about her two houses in the United States and about SeaCoastRealty.com for ocean isle beach real estate. She said that she also bought some parcels of lots in the Philippines. I am glad  to hear about her achievements.

I strongly believed that buying real properties is one of the good investment we can do today. I guess I am lucky to have a little of it. I am happy  with our conversations while killing our time inside the train during that long trip. And yes, it was again a nice trip we had.

Another month is here again! The last month of the second quarter of  the year  2012 is finally here. It is time to say goodbye to May and welcome  the marriage  month of June. According to wikipedia, “June is known for the large number of marriages that occur over the course of the month. According to one etymology, June is named after Juno (Hera). Juno was the goddess of marriage and a married couple’s household, so some consider it good luck to be married in this month.” I guess you have some ideas now why many get married during this month.

June has 30 days and there are also a lot of celebrations worldwide during this month. In the Philippines for example, the Independence Day is celebrated every June 12.

I hope and pray that this month will be a wonderful month for all of us. I am very thankful that May was a great month so far for me. Thanks God! So let’s welcome June!

There are just a lot of home repair and improvements to do for old stone house. We definitely need some new home and garden furniture.  Our huge patio is almost done. We need a new kitchen set including a dining set.  Our bathroom needs to be repaired which is next on the list. Our living room needs new flooring and the walls must be painted. I also would love to have a new convertible sofa for it. When most of these are already done, our next project would be the roof. I guess it will take around 5 to 10 years before we do it. That is why we are saving for it now.

I finally submitted my second video for Samsung Global Blogger. It might not be the best one but at least I tried my best to participate. During the second video, we were  required to interview somebody in a festival or any event. Perfect timing because there was festival going on in Regensburg. I did the interview in one of the beer tents in Regenbsurg Dultfest. I should borrow the condenser microphones of the live band performing inside the tent but it was already out of my mind. I was just excited wioth the festival especially that I escorted some friends from the United States. I believed they had a blast at the festival.
