Relaxing on Our Patio

We are having a nice sunny weather this afternoon. I had a wonderful time chatting with hubby in our patio. And yes, the flooring in our patio is finally done. Thanks to hubby for his hard work in finishing it. While hubby was sitting on our patio drinking cappuccino, I was busy putting the lawn gnomes in our garden. I still have a lot of things and decors to put in the coming days. I hope I can do it all before June comes.

We are quite happy with our decision in building this patio. Actually part of it a a garage and the other half is a patio. It is also a perfect place to relax and have a party.  I love it there!

Explore the World a Different Way in 2012

Many holidaymakers’ idea of a relaxing break away is to be based in a single resort for the duration of their stay, maybe spending some time on the beach, by the pool, or hiring a car to explore the local area. But for others, a great holiday experience and true value for money means opting for multiple destinations within one holiday where you can literally wake up to a new city, beachscape or far-flung island every day.

Cruise holidays are a great way to see the world without lifting a finger. You’ll glide from one port to another, sometimes barely aware of how or when you arrived, and enjoy time exploring each new destination for the day or joining an organised excursion to be whisked from one famous site to another. And when it comes to great cruises, 2012 is shaping up to be another fantastic year.
Whether you fancy exploring a different side to the Mediterranean, taking in the sights and sounds of Palma, Barcelona, Cannes or Lisbon, discovering the spectacular Norwegian Fjords, or escaping to a Caribbean haven to sink your toes into white powdery sands, there is a superb range of itineraries on offer for every taste and budget.

But it doesn’t have to be an expensive luxury for the chosen few. Thanks to tour operators’ package deals and competitive prices between brands, you can find discounts on cruise itineraries and still get to enjoy life onboard a spectacular liner. Special offers come in all shapes and sizes from Royal Caribbean cruise deals and reductions on P&O sailings to many other offers – with such money-saving gems as online booking savings, low-cost cabin upgrades and even the chance to bag some free onboard cash.

So if you haven’t already, why not try a cruise holiday this year?

Car Registration Renewal

The registration of my car is valid until the end of this month only. This morning I drove it to the nearest car shop where it was inspected. Sad to say, it is a no go. The inspector said that the summer tires for my car are too big compared to the required ones stated in the registration paper. Second, I need a new wiper at the back shield of my car. The aircondition might need a afe high performance replacement air filter but it is still not required to change it. Maybe this summer season. Third, there are extra lights installed at the front lights and we need to take it off.

We have to change all the things that we need to be changed or else the registration renewal will not be granted. This costs some amount again especially for the new summer tires.

Mother’s Day is Coming Soon!

The celebration to honor all Mothers is almost coming! Every countries differs the day they celebrate it but what is important is that the celebration of Motherhood is being remembered. Just like Fathers’ Day, this is a day to honor and remember all the great things and sacrifices that Mothers had done to their children and family. How would you like to remember them by giving norfolk Mother’s day flowers. I believed each mother who receive it will truly be happy that they are remembered.

Happy Mothers’ day in advance!

Top Five Majorca Holiday Destinations

Choosing to book Majorca holidays online has become the best way to find package holidays at bargain prices.  However, when the results hit the screen, knowing which of the resorts could be your ideal holiday location can be a bit bewildering.

1.Alcudia

Alcudia can be found to the north east of Majorca. The resort is popular with young families and couples alike. Despite being located far away from the western bustle of the island, Alcudia provides much of its own entertainment. This includes Hidro waterpark and S’Albufera de Mallorca, a local wetland reserve.

2.Palma Nova

Palma Nova is a typical Balearic Island retreat. The busy tourist resort is complete with long, golden stretches of sand and plenty of shops, markets and eateries.

Close to Magaluf, a stay in Palma Nova is ideal for those who like to party into the early hours or want to make the most of Magaluf’s family attractions.

3. Magaluf

The clubbing capital of Majorca, Magaluf is the place where the party never ends. Whether you hit the cocktail and karaoke bars or the big clubs, such as the multi-floor BCM nightclub, Magaluf will keep you party rocking until dawn.

The resort is also home to the Western Water Park and many other family days out.

4. Puerto Pollensa

Couples looking for a tranquil Majorcan escape with stretches of soft sand and turquoise waters are best suited to Puerto Pollensa. The resort was previously a fishing village and is now a quaint beach bathing heaven. Set against the Tramuntana Mountains, Puerto Pollensa is a little piece of paradise.

5. Cala d’Or

The palm-fringed bays of Cala d’Or balance the resort’s sparkling nightlife perfectly. Cala d’Or is known for its fabulous restaurants, stunning shores and evening entertainment. Very much a resort for young couples, Cala d’Or is the perfect getaway for love birds.

Book Majorca holidays online to find package holidays at great prices.

Beach Holidays: A Turkish Delight or a Canaries Adventure?

Among the most popular sunshine holiday destinations you’ll find Turkey and the Canary Islands. Both are good choices for those who like their sunshine guaranteed and their surroundings stunning, but which one should you go for?

Cheap all inclusive Turkey holidays can represent great value for money, as some of the hotels are like mini resorts in themselves. The Kremlin Palace, Lara Beach, for example, features a huge swimming pool complex with waterslides, as well as a stunning beachfront location.

You can get the most for your money at a vast hotel like the Kremlin Palace as it offers a la carte dining options as well as buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You’ll also enjoy snacks, unlimited hot, cold and soft drinks, and a varied activities and entertainment programme.

Another large hotel which offers great value all inclusive packages is the Kervansaray Kundu, also on laid-back Lara Beach, which has a seemingly endless selection of swimming pools and its very own waterpark complete with flumes, slides and a wave pool.

Again, a la carte is an option here for foodies who prefer waiter service. As well as a great buffet option, which might be preferable for families with varying preferences.

If Turkey doesn’t appeal to you, perhaps the Canary Islands offer the ideal destination? Tenerife and Lanzarote tend to lead the way as the livelier islands, but Gran Canaria and Feurteventura also hold their own for family friendly getaways.

You’ll find some fantastic all inclusive package deals to the Canary Islands, and the year-round sunshine means that amazing out of season bargains can also be snapped up if you’re not restricted by schools or work as to when you can travel.

Whether you go for a Turkish delight or a Canaries adventure this year, you’re sure to find great value beach holidays for a memorable trip away.

Splash or Ski Holidays? You Decide!

Choosing the annual holiday can feel a bit like being a child in a sweet shop. With so many different types of holiday, and so many wonderful destinations to choose from, the choice can seem overwhelming.

Ski holidays and your typical beach holidays are obviously very different, but they can seem equally appealing. If you can find discount skiing holidays then a week tacking fresh powder offers a very tempting distraction from a long, miserable British winter. However, many of us simply need some guaranteed sunshine which, lets face it, can never be counted upon in the UK.

If you think that you’ve decided on a winter ski holiday, choose your resort carefully. There are so many amazing ski resorts, in Europe and further afield, that it’s possible to find one that perfectly matches your requirements.

Whether it’s excellent childcare facilities or lively nightlife that you are after, it’s easily found. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg; spas, ice skating, ski and snowboard tuition, visits to thermal pools and much more are available at many good snow resorts.

Of course, you may well have decided that you see enough snow during UK winters and instead you’d like a large, healthy dose of summer sunshine. In that case, why not ring the changes and choose a beachfront activity holiday to give you a renewed energy and zest for life?

Watersports holidays are always going to be a popular choice when you have a long list of beautiful seaside locations to choose from. You’ll also find fitness holidays, tennis coaching and scuba diving if you look.

There are so many choices to make before you book your annual holiday that it can become an impossible task. Kick back, relax and enjoy making all those key holiday decisions – after all, as chores go, it’s probably one of the nicest you’ll be faced with all year.
