These are the advice and recommendations from Trend Micro, the internet security I am presently using. It is valid until December 5, 2010 and I am still thinking whether to buy computer security from them. So far, they are doing well. Keep reading below to help your computer safe from those viruses and malwares.

Threats from websites

Only submit personal information to secure websites (look for https:// at the start of the address).

Do not click links in email messages; type the website address directly into your web browser instead.

If you see a warning from Trend Micro or your web browser about a suspicious website, then close the window, even if you have visited the site before (some attackers can now temporarily implant malicious code in popular websites).

Do not install software offered by unfamiliar websites, especially if you supposedly need it to open a photo, music, or video file.

Threats from files on this computer

Do not accept or open files from people you do not know.

Avoid using unfamiliar files passed to you on portable drives (like portable flash memory USB drives).

Never open email attachments that came from total strangers, even if forwarded by someone you know and trust.”

Do you have an idea of what I am trying to emphasize about my post title here? Winter is finally here. I talked with some friends this week that winter time is the time when you have the appetite to eat due to the cold weather. I don’t know if this is true to you but according to most of my close friends, this is what they are telling to me. I guess this is also the best time to take natural fat burners in order to burn those fats we get when eating too much especially oily food. When I don’t get too busy, I will try my best to have some exercise inside the house. I have some exercise equipment which I can use. It is sometimes difficult to go walking outside especially when the weather is very cold. This can make you sick with cough and colds. I also hope to avoid eating too much. I will try and will always try. I guess that is all for now. Good morning and goodnight too!

According to wikipedia, “Ageing (spelled in British and Australian English) or Aging (American and Canadian English) is the accumulation of changes in an organism or object over time. Ageing or aging in humans refers to a multidimensional process of physical, psychological, and social change.”

We cannot stop ourselves from getting older from time to time but we can probably prevent ourselves from looking old. Through the help of modern cosmetology, the signs of aging can now be prevented. But it depends whether you will have a positive result from it. Taking for example eye creams that work to get rid of those dark circles on your eyes. Through the study and application of beauty treatment called cosmetology, there are beauty creams that can help us looking and staying younger. I am not really an expert about this topic but I guess there are cosmetics and skin cares that will help us to stay younger. The best thing to find this out is a visit to a Cosmetologist or maybe some information you can find in the internet, are of good help.

It happened as I opened my other website Explore Germany. This security warning below appeared on the tagboard of this site. My tagboard is powered by Shoutmix with URL http://www.shoutmix.com. Does really opening this site may put my computer at risk? I want to browse online if this site has really malicious software. I just copied and pasted this message for my personal purposes. Here it is;

I just received this email awhile ago. I don’t know if this is another scam mail out there. Who knows? I really doubted this mail and put it immediately on my spam mail. Besides, I don’t really know the sender of this mail. To play safe about it, I decided to disregard this email. Probably, if this Dr. Christie, as she claimed herself will send me information on how to build muscles fast, I might entertain her mail. This is just another mail out of the blue and I believed this is truly a scam or fraudulent one.

Below is the body of the letter. Beware about such kind of letters in your inbox. Put it immediately in your spam mails.

Thank you for the music! I once said this to a friend last night who requested one last song before I go home. I had fun last night! We all had fun last night! I guess, it was a sort of after-schock Thanksgiving party. I want to send some thank you cards to my friends who have been very good and truthful to me. Since Christmas is almost coming, I guess sending both Cristmas and thank you cards is a good idea. It is always a blessing when we have good friends around. I am blessed to have some. Thank you dear friends for the friendships. We might be away for thousands of miles but distance does not matter anyway, as long as the spirit of friendship is always there. Thanks to all friends for the true friendship.

There are a lot of scams you can experience in the internet today. There are email lottery scams telling that you won millions of dollars, yahoo email scams telling that your email address won some millions, microsoft scams which also tells that your email won in a raffle promo and still a lot of email scams that are proliferating in the internet in today’s cyber world.

Just bear some things in mind, you never entered or participated in these raffle promos or lottery. Second, you don’t really see these people who are initiating these scams or fraudulent mails.

I received again another form of internet scam in which the scammer used this time Western Union to fool people. Continue reading the letter which I received in my mailbox the other day.

Bottom Line: Never ever believe in these kind of scams or fraudulent emails in the internet. Lastly, never give your personal information.

Sometimes, it is very tragic when a friend or a member of the family is experiencing mental illness or having problem on drug abuse or alcoholism. It can really be a big problem which will affect the whole family or maybe circle of friends. Nowadays, there is this so-called residential rehab where you can confine such persons with mental illnesses, substance abuse and other form of behavioral problems. This so-called rehab will provide therapy to people with such problems. I read somewhere that residential treatment is effective for individuals with a long history of addictive behavior or criminal activity.

We can be very happy when none of the members of our family are experiencing such behavioral problems.

Thanks to my internet security, Trend Micro for deleting the 6 cookies which are considered as threats for my computer. This is the advantage of having an internet security in your PC. I was trying to find online what is Cookie Pointroll which is first on the list that was deleted. Here is the explanation below
