It’s TGIF again! I guess somebody is excited out there for a shopping escapade and sightseeing tomorrow. Let me share you this first before I sign-off tonight. I need to go to sleep early because of that escapade tomorrow.

I always try my best not to eat too much now especially during the night. I was even surprised that I only ate two apples for dinner tonight. If I do it everyday, I guess, I don’t need a so-called alli which they said to help reduce extra pounds. I just cooked some food for hubby but I did only ate cucumber salad and apples tonight. I know that he is always hungry when he comes home because he only eat yogurt during lunch time. You can see more updates in my other sites. Goodnight folks and have a wonderful weekend to all!

I don’t need to elaborate it because I know for sure that you already know the different faces of Autumn or Fall season. Here are some images taken in the neighborhood.

I believed most of us always wanted to look young, healthy and presentable. There are some ways on how to keep it. Here are some tips personally gathered by yours truly;

*Keep smiling, keep shining- this sounds like lyrics of a song but I believed it is true.And yes, laugh loud if you can, it is one of the free things we can have.
*Go to sleep early – this is one of my sickness because I always go to sleep late. Minus point for me!
*Use some beauty products but be sure to read first about anti aging product review before using one.
*Eat always fresh fruits and vegetables. It is good for our body. I always do!
*Take exercise almost everyday when you can. I wish I can do it everyday. Another minus point for me because I always sit in front of my PC. lol!
*Last but not the least; Don’t worry, be happy!

My new notebook has a pre-installed security and anti-virus software. I can use it for free up to three months. It is named Trend Micro Internet Security. Just this afternoon, my PC Security found some risks and threats in my computer. The threat name is cookie doubleclick. The risk is medium and the type is web browser cookie. I guess not all people know about cookies in computer but for sure cookies for eating are very familiar to you.

To my little knowledge, cookies are some sort of data stored in your computer every time you visit a website. Sometimes these cookies can be harmful to your computer because it contain spywares, malwares, worms and viruses. It is always advisable for your PC to have antivirus and internet security.

Thanks to my computer security and anti-virus which automatically detect, fix and delete those harmful cookies and other sort of computer viruses.

Hubby was teasing me this week because I have a big pimple on the right side of my nose. I still have it until now but it is slowly getting dry. I just read that pimple is also a kind of acne. I thought it is just an ordinary one but it’s not. I already have an acne history and thanks to one of the best acne scar removal products that my dermatologist had prescribed me seven years ago. After that worst acne, I had a lot of holes and scars on my face. There are still little scars left on my face but I am truly thankful that the huge ones are not visible now. If you have pimples or acne problems, you better consult your skin doctor before it get worst. The earlier medication you have, the earlier the acne will be prevented.

I received this letter out of the blue today. This is another spam or scam mail, a fraudulent one which you don’t need to believe in. I am just sharing this for you to be aware of the spam and scam mails that are proliferating on the internet. Once you received this kind of mail, immediately press spam to make it sure that it won’t go to your inbox next time.

I had a conversation with a friend last week. We talked about living and traveling in Europe and how life here can be very difficult sometimes. Living in this continent can be very expensive depending on your lifestyle. We also came to the topic about losing images in the computer because it was attacked by some sort of viruses. That is also the reason why I bought a new External hard drive last month because the other one that I got is almost full again. This is already the third one that I bought since 2008. It is good to save all files including photos and documents to an External hard drive because if your PC will have a problem, it will not be affected. For sure, you can still see slide shows of your photographs that are save in that gadget. It is better for you to have one before it is too late. The last one that I bought is 1.5 Terabyte or 1,500 Gigabytes. That is already too much room for saving all my files and data. I am quite contented with it.

I was surprised as I want to open blogcatalog.com. I was not able to do so because my internet security blocked it due to below reasons. I have been using and opening this site because I am also its member. I also have some blogs listed on this blog directory site.

I was also wondering because I can’t see anymore the widgets of BC in my sites. Any idea what’s wrong with it? I tried to check on the code and it is still there but there are no widgets showing on my sites.

This is the message that appeared as I tried to open BC. I even made a screen shot of it below. This is also the first time that I used Trend Micro Internet Security because it is already installed in my new Notebook which I am using at the moment. I can use this internet security for free in three months.

Anyway, here is the message that appeared on my screen everytime I tried to open blogcatalog.com.

Weekend is almost ending again. I am very thankful that we had a great one. I hope you too. Hubby mentioned to me something after talking to someone over the phone. He said that the neighbor who is living now in the United States is not doing good because her husband is suffering from cancer and is now bedridden. That is probably the reason why she looks so old and gray during her summer vacation in Germany. It is because of too much stress in her situation. I am asking now if someone receives benefits from disability insurance when he is already bedridden. Since he cannot work anymore due to his terminal sickness, hubby was also asking the same question if he receives benefits from disability. I guess it is better to ask friends from the United States or maybe search online regarding this situation. I am just hoping that our neighbor’s husband will still be given a chance for a longer life.
