Whenever we talk about muscles building, we sometimes coupled it with going to the gym and use those exercise equipments to build those muscles. This is not only for men but some women out there also want to have some muscles on their body especially in the legs and arms. Don’t you know that there are these so-called testosterone supplements that help build fast those muscles in your body. But be very careful because not all of these are legal. According to Wikipedia “testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group found in mammals, reptiles and other vertebrates”. I also read about some kind of testosterone supplements like Alpha T-1,TestEVOLV and Blue UP SF. I am not really an expert about this topic. I suggest that you better browse the web for more information about this. I also would like to suggest to consult your doctor first before using any testosterone supplement.

I don’t know how many of you out there received this kind of spam mails in your inbox. I also don’t have any idea how many of you replied and had given your personal information by filling-up the form to confirm your identity.
Don’t you know that email like what I have below is a sample of scam or spam mail? It simply means that it is a fraud mail and not really coming from Yahoo official site. In fact Yahoo will not send you such kind of mails. That is probably one of the reasons why some of my friends’ yahoo accounts were hacked. The hackers were able to sign-in to their accounts because they had provided them with their yahoo ID and password.
I already shared different samples of this kind of scam or fraudulent mails in my previous posts to always remind you not to believe in it. Sometimes, I am even receiving comments of what will happen if you provided your account infos. Well, how about theft identity or some other things that will bring you no good.
Below is another sample of YAHOO SCAM MAIL! Beware! I received it today anyway but immediately put it in my spam mails.

It is almost midnight again. For sure, when I finish this post we are already on the last day of the month of September. I am talking about Central Europe or Berlin time here. Asian time at this moment is already September 30. I mentioned in my previous post that I ordered a new Asus Notebook last week. It was finally delivered today. Another thing to do next time is to find the best natural acne treatment for a friend who has acne problem. That is quite not good. I am thankful that I seldom have this problem now. Back to my new Notebook, I simply love it. It was processing fast when I first opened it today. I just encountered a problem when I was about to install an anti-virus software this afternoon. I hope to fix it tomorrow. If not, I will be forced to return it back. Goodnight folks. More updates in my other pages!

I was thinking last time whether to order a DSLR camera or a new Desktop or laptop. I decided to order a laptop last week because I always use it everyday. just need a new one because the old one desktop that I have is processing very slow now. I am currently using my small ACER Aspire One netbook. I don’t like it that much because the screen is so small. Hubby has an HP laptop with Windows Vista program but I also don’t like it. The solution to my problem is the new Asus laptop that I ordered last week. I believed I am very lucky because I have it for a cheaper price. It normally cost 1,169 euros but I had it for 666.00 Euros. Today, I took a look at it again in the website where I ordered it and it is no longer available. I hope to have it in the next days.

I remember a car accident that hubby had when we visited Regensburg in 2005. It was not really a bad accident because no one was hurt. The problem was, hubby’s car landed in the car repair shop because of an oil leak. It was his fault because he was not looking on the street. He bumped a small island on the middle of the street somewhere near the Dultplatz in Regensburg. Good to know, we had an immediate roadside assistance after calling our car insurance hotline. In fact, they even provided us a car to be used as hubby’s car was under repair in the car shop. That is the advantage of having a car breakdown insurance. Now, everytime I drove with hubby, I always remind him to concentrate on driving and avoid looking around. Drive safely folks

It is seldom to see nice old cars running on the street nowadays. I guess I am lucky to see and witness oldtimer cars that were built for almost a century now. This happened during our visit to the Oldtimer Treffen in Ndeumarkt, Bavaria, Germany last June 2010. Sad to say, I don’t have any idea what is the name of the car that I have any. Your info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Working from home requires discipline and a certain mind-set. Distractions can get the better of you if you allow them to. Children in the house, a constant ringing phone from friends can get your mind off your work real fast.
1) Have a System
It is important that you have a system that makes you productive. Set aside time every day searching for additional work. Have a routine on handling paper flow. To be productive you must be organized. Once you have a system in place, stick to it. Sort out your office furniture so that it is conducive to your work – well placed, with enough space, light and a comfortable chair.
2) Prioritize the Work
We all live with deadlines. Prioritize your work in such a way so as not to miss deadlines. Not meeting targets can ruin your reputation. Turn work in before it is due. That way you become a hero in the client’s eyes. This is a sure-fire method of being awarded more work. Learning to prioritize your project load is a key element in becoming disciplined.
3) Dealing with Distractions
Working from home can have distractions, especially if you have young children. Your family needs to know what your core work hours are. You must insist that you not be bothered while you are working, unless it is an emergency. Failure to set ground rules from the start will disrupt your work process, and have you missing deadlines.
4) Reward Yourself
When you have gone the extra mile for a client, you are entitled to reward yourself for a job well done. Perhaps a day with the kids is in order, but only if your workload permits it. Whenever you have done an exceptional job be sure and pat yourself on the back. You are the boss, and this is what good bosses do.
5) Count the Pennies
It has been said that the rich know where every penny goes. Emulate the rich, know how much money is coming in, and know how much is going out. In addition, it is vital to know how you are spending your income. Know where the pennies are going. Be disciplined and spend smart. Think before you buy!
In conclusion, follow these simple, yet effective rules and you will easily adapt to working from home.

Whether you find yourself away from friends and family just for a brief vacation or because you’ll be studying abroad or going away for a longer period of time, it’s important to keep in touch with the people that are close to you. In the past this could be a challenge, but with the internet and today’s technology there are many good ways to stay in touch with others.
1) Email
The easiest way to stay in touch with one specific individual is by sending them an email. This is the same as what you might do if you were to write a letter or send a postcard, but the person will receive it instantly. It’s easy, doesn’t take too long to send a quick email, and it also doesn’t cost a thing.
2) Webcam/Video Calling
With a number of video conference calling options available, such as Skype, video calling sites like Conference Genie, and a host of other live streaming sites, the potential is huge. If you have an iPhone, you can also use Wi-Fi to access your FaceTime setting within the phone. Having interaction via video link is one of the best ways to keep in touch, as you can utilise both sight and sound which is crucial to good communication. You can also use video calling to show off where you are such as landmarks and monuments, and even capture live parades, art exhibitions and other experiences.
3) Social Networking
Social networking websites like MySpace and Facebook allow you to stay in contact with many of the people that you know. You can just give them a brief update about what you’re up to, say a quick hello, or put up pictures to view. This way you’ll feel like you’re still in contact with lots of your friends and family at once.
4) Start a blog
If you travel a lot or might be gone for a long period of time, you can start a blog to keep others informed about what you’re up to. You can post as often as you like and write about what you’ve been doing and things that you’ve seen. You can also put pictures on your blog. Then anyone you give the address to will be able to read it and comment on it.
5) Photo hosting websites
One of the best ways to make people from home feel like they are traveling with you is by showing them pictures of the places you’ve been. There are several websites that let you upload your pictures and put them into an online album view. Then you can send the album to others and they can look at all of the pictures you’ve taken and all the places you’ve been on your journey.

There are a few things around your home that might cause issues with radiation. However, most of the radiation that is emitted is actually quite harmless. There are two types of radiation, particle and electromagnetic. Most of the rays that are emitted with household items such as microwaves, cell phones etc. are actually quite insignificant. Modern appliances are not significant sources of harmful radiation.
1) Microwaves
Microwaves emit particles of non ionizing radiation. This is what cooks your food. However, even if your microwave is a powerful one, the amount of radiation that is emitted is not going to be harmful, in fact the worst it might do is cause a burn.
2) Cell phones
It is true that cell phones emit radiation. The radiation that is emitted by your phone is minimal however there are still suspicions and therefore many people purchase a radiation shield for their cell phone. There are some individuals that are concerned about the link between cell phones and brain tumors, however, this is a causal link that has not been proven yet.
3) Computers and Laptops
As with cell phones, computers and laptops also emit small amounts of radiation. Using computers up to 10 hours a day at both work and home means that many people are subjected daily to this radiation. Again, a quartz wi-fi shield can be purchased for these which are simple to use and never need replacing.
4) AM and FM radios
These devices also use radio waves to communicate with the radio towers. However as with cell phones and cordless phones, the amount of radiation emitted is not harmful to the individual. Individuals don’t need to fear leaving their radio on. Radios will not cause radiation poisoning or any sort of similar problem to the individual.
5) Radon
Radon in the soil is a strong carcinogen in some areas of the country. This may be something that individuals may want to check for in and around their home. Some levels of radon can be toxic, and can cause some sorts of cancers. There are radon detection kits that can help homeowners with the potential of radon in their area.
There are many other sources of household radiation such as sunlight. This is a far greater potential for harm with this, than any household appliances. UVA/UVB rays emitted by the sun have potential for damage to the individual.

I don’t want to play as a chemist this time but I am just happy to remember that I love Chemistry subject during my high school days. We had a very good teacher that time and she is very inspiring. That is also the reason why I ended up with this Formula C6H4(OH)COOH. Do you have an idea what does this formula stands for? If not, visit http://www.salicylicacid.net if you are interested to know. Don’t you know that salicylic acid are one of the components use to cure acne? If you have a skin problem like this, I believed you better have an idea what are the components of the creams you are using for your acne problem. You might not know that you might have an allergic reaction to one or some its components. I also read that White willow tree is a natural source of salicylic acid. It is interesting to know that we all need all sorts of trees, herbal plants and all sort of nature to survive in this world.
