I have been suffering back pains for some years now. This pain started as I worked before as Supervisor in a retail store. I can’t avoid to carry and stock heavy items before especially when the stockers are not available. I am thankful that I did not work there anymore. There are some nights that I can’t sleep due to pain and it happened last night again. In fact, I visited again my doctor today for some medications and consultation. The doctor assistant put something like an electron massage in my back for around 10 minutes. I had been to some therapy sessions before but it also doesn’t help. I just hope that I can get rid of my back pains soon.

Just now, I stumbled in a certain site that sells Massage Chairs. I get quite interested with it because I already heard some news before that it works to ease and give relief from back pains. Imagine a massage chair can provide a good massage to the whole body from neck to foot! Human Touch also mentioned that it is like experiencing a human-like massage when using this massage chair. This is really incredible and amazing! When its function are like that, I believed that this is also good for our health. If I can only afford to buy this right now, I would like to order one already. I can probably wait until next year when our financial resources will be better. I just found out that they also have outlets in Germany. I am hoping to get one next time.

I ‘m joining Wordless Tuesday. I got here a photo taken in Warwick Castle in Warwickshire, England. I spent my Halloween there last year. This castle is huge and also very interesting. How I wish to visit this place again!

We had already proven the importance of having insurances. As our house was flooded in December 2006 due to broken water tube, during my slight car accident in February 2007, during my husband’s bike accident in August 2007, when he hired a lawyer for some cases and some other instances. For all of these, we had insurances like car insurance, liability insurance, lawyer’s insurance, house insurance, health insurance, accident insurance and still a lot more. I guess you also need to have the important ones. There are a lot of insurance marketing that you can search in the net which also offers affordable prices. Get the ones that you think you need and are important to you. We don’t know when emergencies happen and having insurances will surely help us in times of needs. Time for a short break guys! I was not surprised as I read about the news about the World’s cheapest car that pop-up in yahoo news as I opened my PC today. I already read about this car sometimes in 2007. This car named Tata Nano is manufactured in India. It looks like the model of Smart For Two and probably the same size of this car. It cost around $2,500. So far this is the world’s cheapest car I ever heard. I guess there will be a great competition for car manufacturers around the world especially with regards to car prices..we will see!

Weekend is almost coming! I don’t know where is the escapade again this weekend. Sometimes we just plan it the same day when we want to drive anywhere. I hope you are doing great out there! Some days ago, I received some brochures and catalogues of new cellphones that are new in the market. I have been eyeing a certain brand but I am still looking for the cheapest one with the best service and quality to offer. One advertisement has a lists of different mobile phone deals. Sometimes we don’t know the importance of having a health insurance until emergency happens. Here in the Europe especially in Germany, having a health insurance is a must. You can even get another private insurance like dental if you can afford to do it. Fixing teeth or getting a permanent teeth for example is also expensive here. Health insurance will not really pay for the whole cost of the repair. It depends on the situation or how your teeth will be repaired. It is better sometimes to get Medicare supplement if ever emergencies arise. Going as tourist in Germany also requires a health insurance especially if you are not coming from European Union Countries. I still believed that having a health insurance is very important especially in times of emergency.

I can’t deny that I love blogger! That is the reason why most of my blogs are hosted by blogger. Compared to other blogging platform, I found blogger very easy to navigate. It is also easy for me to upload photos direct from my computer files. I have bravenet and wordpress account also but I truly find it very difficult to load pictures there. I know I need another site to load my photos like photobucket, picasa, etcetera but i don’t have much time to load photos in those sites… but in blogger you can easily get it from your computer file. That is the reason why I love blogger and their other services too. I know that I am not an expert in blogger but day to day, I am learning! Sad to say yesterday, it took me time to post pictures and post topics because there were some errors that always appeared. Is blogger having maintenance yesterday?
