How’ your Thursday going on? Afternoon is almost over and thank goodness that I am here again. We were out the whole day today. We did a lot of things especially my husband who had an appointment with an Orthopedic. I hope that everything will be ok soon for him. It is already the third doctor that we went into. He is referred again to another doctor who is a specialist for knee. I guess everything came from the bike accident that he had almost two years ago. It is only a bike accident but it brought a lot of damages. We are just thankful that we have all the insurances for that. We are praying that everything will be fine. Don’t worry! Be happy! as the saying goes! happy Thursday! take care everyone!

Before I start with my main topic for today, I would like to share first an experience as I was still working on one of the Top banks in the Philippines. We have this so-called “mystery shopper” who visits different branches of our banks to see and evaluate how the employees are extending their services to people. There are a lot of aspects in which the “mystery shopper” are trying to consider for evaluation. For example; the greetings or welcoming of customers inside the bank, how fast are the services rendered like making a deposit or opening an account, etc, how well the employee grooms, the cleanliness and orderliness inside the bank and a lot more. These are only a few criteria for the survey and evaluation. And the result, we always pass the evaluation. The branch where I worked for almost 9 years always garnered award for best customer service.

The success of every company or a certain business depends on how they handle customers both internal and external. This means that a proper customer service with the right product should be always present. How are they going to know how they perform with regards to these matters? I was just wondering why my car why so noisy as I was driving to a friend today to bring some stuffs. There was some noise that I always hear. I tried to close the automatic front windows with a push of a button but still I can hear the noise. I know the back windows are always closed because I never open them. As I reach my friend’s house, I found out that the rear of my car is open. Oh my gosh!! I keep on forgetting things again. I know I put something at the back of my car but I forgot to close it. The other Sunday, the same thing happened. I forgot to close our main door while we went for a sightseeing near our place. Imagine it was the whole afternoon that we are away. The bad thing was that I left the keys in the door. The good thing was, nothing was lost inside the house. See how I forgot things now. I always tried not to forgot things but sometimes it does happen. Can you tell me if forgetfulness has a cure? I have no idea. I will try to search next time why people keep on forgetting things…Maybe next time, I will forget even my name? just kidding guys! have a great Tuesday! Happy Monday to all! I hope you had a great one! I spent almost the whole day working in our garden today. Now I feel some pain in my shoulder again. Imagine I got around five hundred photos today only from our garden? You know why? I just read a book the other night telling something like this;

To capture beautiful outdoor pictures, professional photographers are careful to view the scene from different angles, during different seasons and at different times of the day.”

First and foremost, I am not a professional photographers. Second, I just love taking photos of anything that capture my camera. Third, if I have the chance to be a professional photographer, why not??lol…I believed that the above statements are true. I really never have great photos during my travel as a tourist..wink! I just want to have a remembrance by means of having pictures to the different places I have been to. Lastly, I really don’t have a kind of camera that professional photographers use. I am just happy if I can click my camera once in a while..or most of the time..hehehe…The reason I took almost 500 pictures today? I made it in different times of the day and in different angles of the flowers..I guess it is enough for now. I still need to find the best appetite suppressant. You know why? I am trying to loss some weight and fat this summer. see you tomorrow guys!

You just read my title, right? Spring time is here and the weather is getting very nice. It’s time to go out and enjoy now. Or probably take a trip or spend a very memorable spring vacation! We already had a spring trip in Paris last month. Now that the weather is getting nice, we also go out and drive to nearby places for sightseeing and walking at the same time. We just did it today. I only want to have a vacation this coming summer. Of course, I have to ask my husband where he also want to go. I already have some lists of targeted places where I want to go. I guess I only need to browse more at boutique hotels to find a place to stay! Have a relaxing week to all!
